Barista Brew Co. is pleased to offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates and availability will be displayed at checkout. Estimated shipping and delivery dates will be provided based on item availability and your chosen shipping method.

Barista Brew Co. is not liable for shipments once they leave our facility. Responsibility for delivery falls solely with the shipping carrier.

Canceled Orders

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled for any reason.

Return Policy

Unless Barista Brew Co. has made an error with your order, we do not accept returns, refunds, credits, exchanges, or trade-ins.

We understand that taste is subjective. If a flavor isn’t quite right for you, we recommend allowing it to steep for an additional few days to a week before making a final judgment.

Devices & Hardware: Barista Brew Co. does not accept returns, exchanges, or trade-ins on any devices or hardware — opened or unopened — including mods, tanks, coils, closed system devices, high-nicotine devices, or any related accessory products.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Barista Brew Co. does not compensate for customer error. Please take your time when placing an order and double-check your information and items before submitting.

Defective Hardware (DOA)

Consumable hardware including atomizers, cartomizers, and cartridges is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any reason. Cosmetic defects do not qualify as defective.
